Good insights Victoria.

Apart from separating PR from marketing, PR should also be a management function.

PR should not be seen as antidote for crisis rather it should be perceived as an anticipating tool which smells the crisis from afar before it destroys the organisation's reputation.

Great article, until today, I don't even understand the main goals of PR in start up company. It's like "PR and marketing? They are the same right? Differrent...but same".
